Our shop pages are located within the 'TRUNKSHOW' link found at the top of every page of our website. Select the category of your choice and click on any of the product images to view detailed information for that item.
Should you wish to order an item, select your choosen options for that item (if applicable) and click the 'ADD TO BAG' link and the item will be added to your Shopping Bag. If you would like to continue to browse, select 'KEEP SHOPPING'. You may return to the cart to review your order or complete your purchase at any time by selecting the 'SHOPPING BAG' link located at the top of every page of our website. If you are ready to checkout, please review your Shopping Bag. Should any adjustments be necessary, please make them and select UPDATE. The next step is to enter your Shipping Information, choose your Shipping Method and select APPLY. The total of your purchase will have changed to reflect your shipping charge as well as any taxes due. Under Additional Information, you'll be asked to enter your email address and any comments you may have. If you have a Coupon/Promotional Code, you may enter it and select APPLY to apply the discoun to your total. You may pay for your purchase with your bank account, credit card or PayPal account by selecting the 'Checkout with PayPal' button located under Payment Method. Your payment will be processed by PayPal, an online payment processor owned by eBay, at their SSL secured website. When you return from PayPal, select SEND ORDER to complete your order. Once your payment has recieved, PayPal will send you an email confirming your order. You may wish to print this email for your records. If you are unable to purchase online or have any concerns about this process, please call us to place your order by phone.
Sales tax of 4.25% is applicable to orders shipped to addresses in New York State. New York City levies an additional sales tax of 4.125% for orders over $100 shipped to a New York City zip code. New York State law requires sales tax to be calculated on the full amount of the order, including shipping.
A confirmation email will be sent out shortly after your order is placed. It is VERY important that you read this email as it will provide you with two important pieces of information regarding your order.
After your order has shipped, CION originals™ will send you an email containing a tracking number for the package(s). You may enter this tracking number at the USPS website to view details about the status of your delivery. We do not ordinarily ship to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, APO addresses or US territories. However, as we are committed to providing our customers with the best individual service possible, if you wish to ship an order to an international destination, P.O. Box, APO address or US territory, please contact us prior to placing an order and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
Many of the items at CIONoriginals.com are one of a kind works of art. If you have your heart set on particular bag that is described as one of a kind, please purchase it as it may not be available when you next visit our site.
As all of our merchandise is completely handmade, we often have items on backorder. Backorder can be as short as three days and as long as three months. We update our inventory daily and we denote when an item is on backorder as soon as possible. If you order an item that is on backorder, we will provide you with an estimated ship date in your confirmation email. As we have limited stock and our bags are often sold out before they are even completed, if you really love a bag, we strongly suggest that you order it even if it is on backorder.
Returns are accepted by mail provided the item(s) are in their original unworn condition with all tags still on the bag. The item must be returned with original packaging and sales receipt within 14 business days of receipt of purchase. No shipping charges or additional fees incurred will be refunded.
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us, entitling your email "Returns", with the reason for your return. We will contact you with the mailing address to which you may return the item. Packages that are lost or damaged are not the responsibility of CION originals™. Your return must be sent to us through a traceable mail carrier as, if we do not receive the package and we are not able to track its location, we will not be able to refund your money. Once we receive your retuned item please allow two to four weeks for the credit to appear on your credit card. Custom made items are final sale - returns or exchanges on custom made merchandise will not be accepted.
